You need to carry out certain things to make sure your employees are appreciative of the benefits mentioned above. In the first place you need to make certain that you are definitely a fantastic employer. This includes taking care of these employees and letting them realize that the company that engages them has their best interests at heart. Some simple thoughtful acts will work marvels for the employee attitude. A bowl of chocolates, free drinks, an odd afternoon off and so on. There is no need to spend extravagantly in order to make people feel valued.

Provide them with a feeling of justice and fair play and let them see these qualities by the way you behave towards everyone.
